1 You must own or, otherwise, control the rights to each song that you wish to assign to Eartastic Records that have already been mixed and, preferably, mastered (we require professional audio files ONLY - *NO* mp3 files accepted!).
 
2 Songs that you wish us to consider must not have been previously released commercially, singularly, or collectively in any form or format(no digital downloads or digital releases) and must not already or ever been made available for sale through online digital stores, such as iTunes or Napster.
 
3 Complete ownership and/or control should be clear, with your ability to attest to and prove that you have complete authority to enter into promotional agreements and campaigns with Eartastic Records.
